Community grants scheme round 2 opens

After the success of two projects in round 1, the second round of community grants funding will open for applications on Monday 11 June. Rushden Historical Transport Museum and the National Leather Collection in Northampton have received grants to improve physical access to an historic building and catalogue and archive their collection respectively.

From Monday 11 June until 10 September, community heritage, environmental and cultural organisations will be able to apply for up to £3,000 to deliver a project that helps to tell the story of the Nene.

To find out more and download the application form, please visit the community grants project page, or contact the Nenescape team after 2 July.
